Due to the perishable nature of our premium biltong, we cannot accept returns for food items once they have been delivered. However, if your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are committed to making it right through a prompt replacement or refund.
Return Process

Please attach clear photographs of the packaging and the product to help us verify the damage or quality concern for our quality control team.

Our team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a full refund or a fresh replacement shipment is the best solution for you.
- 4.Resolution
Once approved, replacements are dispatched immediately, or refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
